OUR MISSION
The Bully No More Foundation, Ltd. empowers schools and communities to prevent bullying
through arts-based education. Through the musical, Bully No More! and The Bully No More Discussion Guide, we help children, educators, and families engage in meaningful
conversations, build empathy, and create safe, inclusive environments.

OUR VISION
The Bully No More Foundation, Ltd. believes that when children are empowered to recognize,
report, and stand up to bullying through creative, arts-based experiences, they gain selfconfidence, feel supported by their community, and become active participants in creating
safer school environments. By delivering the musical Bully No More! alongside guided
classroom discussions and educator-led activities, we engage students emotionally and
intellectually. Over time, this approach shifts behaviors among bullies, targets, and bystanders,
reduces bullying incidents, and fosters a culture of empathy, respect, and resilience in schools.

FACTS
Bullying in elementary schools is a serious issue in the United States, affecting children’s
emotional well-being, academic performance, and overall development. While often associated
with older students, bullying begins early - 28% of students in grades K–6 report frequent
bullying, and 15% admit to bullying others (JACCAP, 2019).
Elementary school students are especially vulnerable, as early exposure to bullying can lead to
long-term consequences such as anxiety, depression, and poor academic outcomes
(CDC, 2021). Those who engage in bullying at a young age are also more likely to develop
aggressive behaviors and face challenges later in life.
Despite growing awareness, many bullying incidents in elementary schools go unreported,
often because students fear retaliation or lack trust in adults to intervene effectively.
(Child Trends, 2020). This highlights the need for early, developmentally appropriate
interventions that involve schools, families, and communities in creating safe, inclusive
environments for young children.
